Supervisors approve Unincorporated Communities Initiative funding for Winchester Community Plan

The Riverside County Board of Supervisors allocated $180,000 of Unincorporated Communities Initiative funding for the Winchester Community Plan. A 5-0 vote on October 20 approved the funding along with the project itself.
