Henderson man indicted on federal charge of threatening to kill Trump

Jason Randall Utlaut, no age given, faces one count of threat against the president. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison, the office said. He is scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 18 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Maximiliano D. Couvillier III. The grand jury handed up the indictment Thursday.
